These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, assignments, and other agreements of Leitmotiv Consulting B.V., insofar as they relate to the provision of flexible workers to clients. The client’s own terms and conditions, such as purchasing terms or other provisions, do not apply. Deviations from these General Terms and Conditions are only valid if they have been confirmed in writing.
